Sarah Kennedy is a highly specialized Realtor serving Sundre and the surrounding rural communities, including Mountain View and Clearwater County. With over 11 years of experience, she focuses exclusively on acreages, farmland, and rural properties—by choice—offering deep local knowledge and genuine passion for the lifestyle her clients are seeking.

Born in England and raised around the world, Sarah found her true home in Sundre after years of global living. That personal journey fuels her enthusiasm for helping others step away from city life and into a community-centered, outdoor-focused way of living.

Beyond real estate, Sarah is deeply involved in her community. She serves as Chamber of Commerce President, sits on multiple boards, and is the developer of the Discover Sundre app, a go-to local directory celebrating everything the area has to offer.

When she’s not working, Sarah is a proud hockey mom to her son Callum, spends time with her partner Frank, and enjoys camping, jet boating, fishing—and the occasional glass of wine.
